nSight strengthens its AI expertise and acquires iloom Oy
nSight Oy, a research and consulting firm recognized as Finland’s top research partner, acquires iloom Oy, a company specializing in AI-driven analysis of large text masses. With this acquisition, nSight will bring to the market completely unique solutions and opportunities for leveraging qualitative data in business development.
Open feedback is one of the most interesting sources of insight, yet it remains the least utilized, as its large-scale analysis is virtually impossible by human effort alone. iloom’s unparallelled AI-based application solves this challenge and enables the analysis of large qualitative datasets in a trustworthy and versatile way. Combining iloom’s AI and analytics expertise with nSight’s broad research and consulting capabilities creates entirely new AI-based analysis models and service packages in the customer and consumer insights market. These solutions provide, for instance, reliable analysis of customer service touchpoints, social media and insights gathered through various research studies.

Briefly about the features of the AI-based application developed by iloom:
The application utilizes a machine learning language model, advanced LDA topic modeling, and neural network analysis to produce quantified content and sentiment analyses from very large text masses. One of the key competitive advantages of the application compared to solutions that use LLM models, like ChatGPT, is that it does not hallucinate. In addition, the solution is secure, and the servers are located in Finland.
